We are seeking compassionate caregivers willing to serve our clients in Lebanon, Ohio in Warren County. Care plans require short shifts, totaling 4-8 hours per week with a variety of shift times. This is part-time and could be ideal for a second job or working while children are in school. 

Additional hours are available if you are willing to travel to more than one home and care for more than one client.

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

• STNA OR Completed a Home Health Aide Training that lasted at least 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, and covered the required topics.
• Be in good physical health, including Documentation of a tuberculosis test within six (6) months prior to the first assignment (where required)
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required Training

*Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location. OHIO ONLY - Effective 12/9/2024, $500 hiring bonus eligibility will be based on remaining an active employee with at least 500 hours worked. In addition, a second bonus of $500 will be paid to caregivers who work an additional 500 hours. Caregivers MUST be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
