Job Description
The primary function of this role is to support our clinical telephonic nurse team by connecting calls to ensure we deliver upon our commitment and promises. HOURS will be M-F 10:30-7pm EST. Responsibilities - Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.

Qualifications: - Must have a private dedicated workspace that is free of distractions
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in call center preferred
- Ability to work in collaboration with a team
- Proficient in Typing
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) Preferred.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
