Financial Analyst

Kane Brewing Company is an award-winning production brewery in Ocean Township, NJ. Since 2011, Kane Brewing and its sister company, Kane Distributing, have been developing and delivering innovative, high-quality products. We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our award-winning craft brewery and help fuel our next growth phase!

As a Financial Analyst, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Banking, Finance, FP&A, or a similar financial role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong cost accounting and financial modeling knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities as the Financial Analyst will include:

• Support and help facilitate the annual budgeting, including forecasting, variance analysis, and multi-year financial planning to support the company's strategic goals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Prepare, analyze, and review periodic financial performance with department owners.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure healthy financial positioning.
• Evaluate capital projects and investments, preparing financial models to assess potential ROI and long-term economic impact.
• Perform detailed analysis of brewing and operational costs, including raw materials, production, and labor, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain revenue forecasts based on market trends, product launches, and channel performance.
