What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Exceptional attention to detail, strong grammar skills, and a creative mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude—no task is too big or small

What You'll Do on a Typical Day
Work on-site five days a week in our soon-to-open corporate office in Boston, MA
Provide exceptional customer service at the reception desk, welcoming employees, visitors, and executives
Maintain high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Draft executive-level presentations, communications, and documents
Take notes in confidential meetings as needed
Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars and critical deliverables
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Oversee office organization, including supplies, conference rooms, and shared spaces
Manage security operations, including visitor access, ID badge distribution, and security system monitoring
Support new employee onboarding by setting up workspaces and providing necessary office information
