Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including client meetings, timelines, and on-site logistics.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, such as catering, AV providers, and venue management.
  • Maintain organized records of event details, budgets, and contracts.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for event themes, decor, and programming.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the events team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
