Job Title: ETRM Project Manager (ION Openlink Implementation)

About the Role:

Experienced ETRM Project Manager with 15+ years of experience leading complex ION Openlink (Endur/Findur) implementation and upgrade projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy trading , risk management processes, and ETRM system architectures, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex end-to-end ION Openlink implementation and upgrade projects , ensuring timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in managing stringent project scopes and enforcing robust change control processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, risk managers, IT teams, and vendors, to define project scope and requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets , tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure specialists, to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, and testing processes to ensure a smooth transition.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in ION Openlink project management and governance.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in ETRM project management , leading implementation and upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of ION Openlink Endur
• Proven experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies .
• Strong understanding of energy trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance .
• Experience with vendor management , contract negotiations, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, or Agile certification.
• Experience with cloud-based ETRM solutions .
• Strong knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and reporting frameworks.
