We are currently looking to hire motivated and outgoing individuals for our Entry-Level Business Development Representative position. In this role you will build customer relationships, promote brand loyalty and professionally represent our marketing firm. Our experienced leadership team will be fully engaged in your development, providing support and training as you progress through this entry-level position. You will learn our proven marketing strategies as you work alongside our clients and their customer bases.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and brand representation for our clients and our marketing firm.
• Develop your abilities in customer service with our fully paid training and growth structure.
• Professionally communicate product knowledge and promotions to customers.
• Communicate with people on a day-to-day basis, building relationships, encouraging sales and promoting customer loyalty.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Sales, retail, customer service, or marketing-related experience is preferred, but not required.
• Enjoy customer service and engage with people everyday.
• Ambitious, friendly and goal-driven individuals.
• Reliable transportation.
