POSITION: Door Shop Associate I
LOCATION: Belgrade MT
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday Starting time is 7am
PAY: $24.00/hourly starting D.O.E. (Regular + OT + KPI potential + Bonus/Profit share potential)

We are looking for a Door Shop Associate to work saws, cutout machines, and pneumatic tools to create and customize doors based on pre-established protocols and customer orders. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and prioritizes safety. While prior experience is definitely a plus, we are happy to provide training and we welcome those who are looking to gain experience!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Door Shop Associates work within our door shop to efficiently and safely machine and assemble doors based on work order specifications with the use of saws, routers, pneumatic tools, and other small hand tools and power equipment. This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.
