Are you an experienced Pharmacy Director looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise pharmacy activities, personnel, and department programs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in alignment with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage department budget, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with 340B Program requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise inpatient pharmacy services, including unit dose programs, IV admixture, and decentralized services.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and medication management.

Qualifications:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; MS or PharmD preferred.

✔️ Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist in Michigan (Required).

✔️ Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory/administrative experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.

✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR (EPIC) .

✔️ Knowledge of 340B Program (Must be clearly identified in the resume).

✔️ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Additional Details

• Shift - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Location - St Ignace, MI
• Pay Rate - Starts at $125K and further negotiable
