As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of E-Commerce to lead our online retail strategy.

Position Overview:

The Director of E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and executing IPPOLITA's online sales strategy, enhancing the customer experience, and driving revenue growth through our digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury retail and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with IPPOLITA's brand vision and business objectives.
• Website Management:
• Oversee the functionality, design, and content of the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Digital Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email/SMS marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversion. Actively manage third-party relationships as the main point of contact.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Inventory and Fulfillment:
• Work closely with the operations team to manage online inventory levels, ensuring product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Customer Experience:
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, including personalized shopping experiences, responsive customer service, and efficient return processes.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
• Experience in Shopify Plus platform a plus.


