Beautiful Rind is Hiring: Dishwasher/Delivery Driver

Beautiful Rind, an award-winning cheese shop with a growing catering business, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Delivery Driver to join our team. If you have a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for maintaining high standards, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities As a Dishwasher

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Assist with light prep work, including the preparation and packaging of house-made accompaniments like jams, chutneys, and pickles.
• Help ensure the cleanliness of both the front and back of the house.
• Potential opportunity to advance into roles like Line Cook or Cheesemonger, based on performance and skills.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities As a Delivery Driver

• Safely deliver catering, wholesale, and other orders to Beautiful Rind’s customers.
• Set up deliveries and interact professionally with customers.
• Follow all traffic laws and practice safe driving at all times.
• Use a company-provided vehicle during working hours (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).

Position Details

• Pay: $17/hour + tips for delivery orders.
• Schedule: Full-time, five days a week, with hours primarily in the afternoon and evening (ending by 10 PM).
• Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for long periods.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Safely operate equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to drive up to 4 hours per day in a compact car.
