Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a designated book of business and oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. Your focus will be on achieving goals related to customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Manage the complete customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Lead initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to onboard and support new customers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Develop expertise in e-commerce and our product suite, offering valuable insights to help customers meet their business goals through data analysis and reporting.
Create success plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
Build strong relationships at various levels within both user and executive teams across multiple brands.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms, or a SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage and grow a substantial book of business while sharing best practices with peers.
Experience with major retailers (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) is a plus.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Project Management experience or skills are highly desired.
Familiarity with account planning and experience with Google Analytics and Digital Marketing are preferred.
Previous experience with performance-based compensation linked to sales/revenue and retention goals is a plus.
