Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Residual Processing Specialist
Pay: $22/hr
Duration: temporary (90 days)
Primary Job Duties:
-Data entry for the pre-processing and processing of checks and payment schedules
-Enter and address changes for member contact info, non-members info, and loan-out corporations
-Filing, alphabetizing and sorting returned mail, changed address paperwork and other departmental documents as required
-Performer research and sending out address updates
-Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
-Computer savvy and can use the program Excel
-Detail oriented
-Ability to use Google Suite
-Occasional phone work
-Will have to complete testing for basic Microsoft Computer skills
