**Position Overview:**

As the Corporate Chef, you will lead and mentor kitchen teams across various restaurants, working closely with the Executive Chef to develop exceptional seasonal menus, implement training programs, and deliver outstanding dining experiences. This role involves frequent travel between our Sedona locations and requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
- Travel between locations in Sedona, AZ, to support kitchen operations, staff training, and team development.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative, seasonal menus while enhancing existing offerings.
- Establish and maintain kitchen systems, ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards.
- Minimize waste, manage food and labor costs, and maintain inventory control.
- Actively participate in dinner services by expediting and supporting kitchen teams.
- Foster a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging cooperation and continuous learning.

**Requirements:**

- Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a multi-concept restaurant group.
- Strong culinary background with a passion for creativity and excellence.
- Active Food Handler's Card.
- Ability to manage and train diverse kitchen teams with a supportive, hands-on leadership approach.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently between restaurant locations in Sedona, AZ.

**Key Duties:**

- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation.
- Develop daily prep sheets, assign tasks, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including temperature logs and sanitation standards.
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing to meet operational demands.
- Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
- Analyze guest feedback and work with teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct monthly inventory reviews and ensure accurate reporting of food and supply levels.
