They pride themselves on providing top-tier property management services and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and vendors. Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of their commercial properties and ensure exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations & Rent Collection: Manage tenant communications, collect rent, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
• Lease Administration: Oversee lease agreements, ensure compliance with lease terms, and coordinate lease renewals and negotiations.
• Property Operations & Maintenance: Supervise onsite personnel and vendors, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to maximize property performance.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of property operations, financials, and tenant interactions.
