Duties:
Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance. They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. This position requires regional travel in a roughly 500 mile radius of Indianapolis, IN. 
  • Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents
  • Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
  • Performing daily quality control and safety checks
  • Report all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager
  • Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management Software
  • Maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job site
  • Inventory and approve all building materials before installation
  • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnel
  • Conduct weekly task specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractors
  M inimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Ten years’ experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent or equivalent
  • OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
