Starting Salary is $59,059.65 - $79,230.63 annually, $29.31/hr - $39.32/ hour. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

ResponsibilitiesWhen you join our team, you can feel good knowing you are helping our customers recover from the unexpected. This position is for a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist, handling homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and/or weather-related events. You will be the first point of contact to meet with our insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and help them through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service.
Where you’ll work: These are deployable positions with extensive travel throughout the U.S. with our Weather Catastrophe Claims Services team. To meet historical weather demand areas, selected candidates are required to reside in or relocate at their own expense to the following states: AL, AR, CO, North-FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, NE, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI and WV.
