Role Description
This role for a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant at Kompugard, is a 4 hour-a-day, part-time on-site at the CEO family's residence, located in Encino, CA. The Bookkeeper/Office Assistant will be responsible for account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, handling bookkeeping tasks including A/P and A/R, managing accounting software, and processing journal entries. In addition, the Bookkeeper/Office Assistant will be required to do market research, scanning, filing, etc. The role requires M~F presence but the hours can be flexible.
