Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Automation

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and stay current on industry trends.
• Document findings and create practical use cases for various departments.
• Identify opportunities to connect business needs with AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain prompt libraries and train teams on prompt engineering best practices.
• Plan, track, and develop proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Develop and deliver AI training programs across the organization.
• Host workshops on new AI tools and their capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI best practices.
• Conduct open office hours for personalized coaching sessions.

Strategy & Implementation

• Help establish AI governance and usage guidelines.
• Coordinate AI tool acquisition and oversee implementation.
• Provide guidance on AI tool selection and monitor adoption rates.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations (e.g., Chat GPT, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Office 365
• Creates Custom GPT’s and Projects with ease
• Experience and interest in Apple Intelligence features
• Experience in prompt engineering and optimization.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to self-learn and adapt quickly.

Technical Skills

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursur, Bolt.new).
• Ability to design and implement automation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Make or Zapier for automated workflows.
• Familiarity with popular AI platforms (e.g., DALL-E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
• Knowledge of API integration, webhooks, and full-stack development.
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to read and debug code
• Project Management experience
• Experience in agile development environments
• Track record of implementing AI solutions that drive business value
• Familiarity with Data Lakehouse Strategy

What You’ll Do

• Create AI Magic: Build custom GPTs, automate workflows, and connect AI solutions to our biggest challenges. Whether it’s streamlining operations or unlocking new efficiencies, your job is to make the impossible possible.
• Inspire and Teach: Host workshops, run personalized coaching sessions, and help our teams become AI power users. You’ll be the go-to person for all things AI!
• Strategize and Innovate: Work with our leadership to define how we use AI safely, responsibly, and creatively across the company. Your insights will help set the direction for our AI adoption.

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of AI tools and their capabilities (think ChatGPT, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• The ability to build custom GPTs and AI-driven solutions with ease.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 stack, especially Copilot for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, is highly desirable.
• A knack for creating automation workflows using tools like Make or Zapier.
• A love for sharing your knowledge, whether through training, prompt engineering, or running workshops.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, debugging, and maybe even some API magic.
• Bonus: If you’ve played with DALL-E, MidJourney, or Apple’s intelligence features, that’s a big plus!
