Join Our Team as an Accountability Coach!

Location: The Perfect Body Studio

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Compensation: $12-$20 and Commission pay

What You’ll Do:

• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to our members to help them stay on track with their fitness goals.
• Lead regular check-ins and accountability sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Create personalized action plans and strategies for members based on their fitness journey.
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes growth and achievement.
• Collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure members receive the best experience possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in coaching, personal training, or fitness-related fields (preferred).
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• A positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset.
